Everyday Flourish – Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Everyday Flourish!
We take great pride in crafting high-quality, custom creations made especially for you. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Because each custom tumbler and product is made to your unique specifications, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once customization has begun.
If you place an order and do not email us or join a live session within 7 days, we reserve the right to proceed with the design as described in your order notes and ship it accordingly. No refunds will be issued after 3 days from the time of purchase.
Damaged Items
All shipments are insured for your protection. If your package arrives damaged, please file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx), as they are responsible for covering any damage incurred during transit.

Please retain all original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is fully processed, as the carrier may request inspection. You’ll also need clear photos of both the damaged item and packaging. If you need supporting documentation from Everyday Flourish, please reach out to us and we’ll gladly assist.
Important: If your item was received in good condition and later becomes damaged, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for post-delivery damage.
Order Issues
If there is an error with your order (e.g., incorrect item received), please contact us within a 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to review and resolve the issue.
Non-Custom Products
Non-personalized items may be returned within six days of delivery, provided they’re unused, in original condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for a return shipping cost and a 50% restocking fee.
Please note: most items are verified live before shipment, so we encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
Shipping Insurance
Every order from Everyday Flourish includes shipping insurance.
If your order is damaged in transit, you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for reimbursement.
